Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Avalanche Marketing Agency, LLC is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion settings. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What is in place today

  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
  • Semantic landmark regions on every page: a header, a primary navigation, a main region and a footer
  • One first-level heading per page, with heading levels that descend without skipping
  • A visible focus outline on every interactive element, in brand orange against the dark background so it is easy to see
  • A mobile menu that opens from the keyboard, keeps focus inside itself while open, closes on the Escape key and returns focus to the button that opened it
  • Every navigation dropdown toggled by a real button that reports its expanded state
  • A visible, associated label on every form field, and clear error and success messaging
  • Text alternatives on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
  • Color contrast checked against the site's actual palette: body text and orange link and button text both clear the 4.5:1 ratio against the dark background
  • Interactive targets sized at least 24 pixels, and touch targets on mobile at 44 pixels
  • Animation and smooth scrolling disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion
  • Descriptive link text, rather than a page of identical "learn more" links
  • Layouts that reflow to a 375 pixel screen without horizontal scrolling

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time audit. Pages are reviewed as they change, and third-party components such as the contact form's bot protection widget are assessed when they are updated. Where a limitation exists, we would rather hear about it and fix it than leave it unreported.

Report a barrier

If you encounter anything on this site that you cannot use, please tell us. Use the contact form and describe the page and what happened. We will respond and, where we can, offer the information you were looking for another way while the issue is corrected.
