This policy explains what Avalanche Marketing Agency, LLC collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only. It does not cover any separate agreement you may have with us as a client.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and area of interest you enter, along with the message itself. We collect this only because you chose to send it, and we use it for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you ask for one, arranging a discovery call.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your form submission is handled
Contact form submissions on this site are processed by a centralized form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web. The service receives the form contents, delivers your message to us by email, and does not use your information for any other purpose. Delivery is by email, so your submission passes through the email providers involved in that delivery.
Spam and bot protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and device as part of that verification. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and which calls to action are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect that information, and we use it in aggregate rather than to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The analytics tag loads only on the production website. It does not load on preview or staging copies of the site.
Conversion events
Alongside standard page views, this site records an event when a contact form is submitted successfully. These events tell us which pages produce inquiries. They record the action, not the contents of your message.
Other third-party tools
No chat widget, booking widget, review widget or advertising pixel is installed on this website. Google Analytics 4, the forms.caltechweb.com form delivery service and Cloudflare Turnstile, named above, are the only third-party services this site loads. Web fonts are served from this site's own domain rather than from a third-party font host.
Cookies
This site sets cookies through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile, as described above. It does not set advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work, although the contact form requires Turnstile in order to verify a submission.
Data retention
Inquiries sent through this site are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details on this site.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact form on this site.
Changes to this policy
If the tracking or form handling on this site changes, this page is updated to name what actually runs on it. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
